Update zhCN translations.

Update template from source code.
Fix some {:s} and {:d} format.
Fix missing translation for demo record.
Review most of the MapObj, Help, UI, Item and Spell locale.
Fix a Combat hotkey tip in Help. ($M to $C)
Change some block to half character.
Import d3cn locale for monster.
Fix some NPC name.
