cborrelli 6c979fed40 added ifndef around the TCP_TMR defines so that the user can define these values in the lwipopts.h file if needed; this change will not be seen outside the stack unless the user wants to change the default values.

adamdunkels ef6b7099ba Removed the old lwIP homepage from the example web server filesystem and replaced it with a simple web page with short information about the lwIP project. Previously the web pages in the example web server was a large portion of the final .tar.gz file.
